The following "Terms of Service" apply to Luxivo and any client that orders online. By registering and ordering products or services, the client accepts and agrees with the Terms of Service presented in this page.
Luxivo owns the right to change these Terms of Service at any time to improve its services.
All products and respective prices and images in this web site are correct, except in cases of misprints or human error.
Some of these products may have the Eco-value tax.

The product prices are constantly updated. Despite all taken precautions, all prices are reviewed after each order, which can lead to its cancellation if there was a human or automated error. In these situations, the client will be notified via email or phone call regarding a refund and a mutual agreement.
All active Marketing Campaigns are subject to their own Terms of Service and respective limited stocks.
The prices presented in the web site are only valid for online orders.
The order is considered valid after it's finished. For an order to be finished the client must be registered in our system after providing the requested information for billing and shipping
In case of bank transfer, the order is considered finished after proof of transfer is sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with mention to the client name and the respective order reference.
Luxivo holds the right to send the client's package after a maximum of 7 work days. If this deadline cannot be met, Luxivo will notify th client via email or phone. The package will be sent after payment confirmation (except when it's paid on delivery) and the delivery time varies according to the transporting service used.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated for all orders placed in continental Portugal.
If the order is placed outside Portugal or Spain, the shipping cost will be informed through email after the client finishes the second step in the order. The estimated time for the final order value to be sent may vary according to the number of orders at the moment.
If the client does not accept the final order value (products + shipping cost) the order will be cancelled 4 days after being informed of this value.
Orders can be delivered in our headquarters in Alenquer upon presentation of the respective proof of purchase and online payment.

The client can return any items until 14 days after the invoice date, as long as each item remains in the same condition it was sold in with the respective box.
To return an item, the client must contact Luxivo beforehand. In the case of a refund, all shipping expenses must be paid by the client.
